You are summoned to attend a meeting of the FOOTPATHS SUB-COMMITTEE of the PARISH COUNCIL OF DENMEAD as detailed below:

TIME, DATE AND LOCATION: 7.30 p.m. Tuesday 15 June 2010 in The Old School, School Lane, Denmead.

MEMBERS: Cllrs: Gibbs (Chairman), Knight, Lander-Brinkley & C Phillips. Co-opted Members: Mr Dawe and Mr Stallard. Walkers: Ms Crellin & Mrs Forster.

A G E N D A

1. Apologies: To receive any apologies.
2. Co-option: To co-opt members onto the Footpaths Sub-committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3. Election of Vice-Chairman: To elect a Vice-chairman for the Footpaths Sub-committee for the municipal year 2010-2011.
4. Declarations of Interest: Arising from this Agenda, Members are invited to declare any relevant interests. Not withstanding this item, Members may subsequently declare an interest at any point during the meeting.
5. Minutes of Previous Meeting: To receive and confirm the accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting held on 20 April 2010 (previously issued).
6. Public Participation: The meeting will recess, if required, for not more than 15 minutes for questions and comments from members of the public in respect of Footpath matters.
7. Matters Arising: To deal with any matters arising from the previous minutes.
8. Footpath 26: Provision of Scalpings: To receive any update.
9. Millennium Trail: To receive any update.
10. Healthy Walks: To receive a report from Cllr Gibbs.
11. Correspondence: To receive, discuss and determine action to be taken on any correspondence received.
12. Condition of Footpaths: To receive reports from members in respect of the condition of footpaths.
(Note. The Rights of Way Officer at Hampshire County Council has requested details of landowners when problems with stiles or crops on Rights of Way are reported.)
