1. Apologies: To receive any apologies.
2. Declarations of Interest: Arising from this Agenda, Members and Officers are invited to declare any relevant interests. Not withstanding this item, Members may subsequently declare an interest at any point during the meeting.
3. Minutes of Previous Meeting: To receive and confirm the accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting held on 9 June 2010. (Previously circulated).
4. Public Participation: The meeting will recess for not more than 15 minutes for questions and comments from members of the public in respect of planning issues.
5. Planning Applications: To consider and make comment on any planning applications received from Winchester City Council and any other authority in respect of applications appertaining to the Parish of Denmead.
6. Decisions Received: To receive the decision(s) of Winchester City Council in respect of planning applications appertaining to the Parish of Denmead.
7. Matters Arising: To deal with any matters arising.
8. Correspondence Received: To receive, consider and determine action to be taken on correspondence received and not covered elsewhere in this agenda.
a) Regional Strategies: A copy of a letter (attached) from Bob Neill MP to George Hollingbery MP regarding Regional Strategies has been received. To discuss and determine action to be taken.
b) Havant Borough Submission Core Strategy DPD: Notification has been received from Havant Borough Council that they have submitted their Core Strategy to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. To note.
9. Outstanding Matters: To deal with any matters outstanding.
10. Matters at Appeal:
a) 20 Mead End Road: Appeal lodged. To note.
b) Plot 92, Dukes Meadow: Appeal against refusal of permission lodged. To note.
c) Plot 92, Dukes Meadow: Appeal against enforcement lodged. To note.
11. Matters relating to building developments within the Parish:
a) Land at and to the rear of Buena Vista: To receive any update.
12. West of Waterlooville Major Development Area:
a) Consultation Meeting: A consultation meeting is to be held on Thursday 24 June commencing at 6.00 pm. Cllr Lander-Brinkley has been authorised to attend. To note.
b) West of Waterlooville Forum: Notification (copy attached) has been received that the next meeting of the West of Waterlooville Forum will be held on Wednesday 7 July 2010 commencing at 10.00am and will be held in the D-Day Memorial Hall at Southwick. To consider attendance and authorise such as an approved duty.
13. Winchester Local Development Framework: To receive any update.
a) SHLAA – Creation of Working Party: To form a small working party to consider the recently published SHLAA document.
14. Affordable Housing:
a) Land adjacent to Old River: To receive any update.
15. Planning Applications: To distribute applications for the next meeting.
16. Exempt Business: To pass a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the public and press for the discussion of the following matters where publicity might be prejudicial to the special nature of the business namely Enforcement Issues, Tree Preservation Orders and Legal Matters.
