Arising from this Agenda, Members and Officers are invited to declare any relevant interests. Not withstanding this item, Members may subsequently declare an interest at any point during the meeting.
3. Public Participation
The meeting will, if required, recess for not more than 60 minutes for questions and comments from members of the public.
4. Election of Vice Chair: To elect a Vice Chair for Sports Sub-Committee for 2010/11.
5. Minutes of Previous Meetings
To receive and confirm the accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting held on 25th March 2010.

8. Matters arising from Sports Sub-Committee Meeting held on 16 November 2009:
a) 26/10 SS-C(a) - Football Forum: This matter was discussed at the meeting held on 25th March 2010, and it was agreed that a forum would be arranged after the this meeting of the Sub-Committee. To set and agree a date.
b) 26/10 SS-C(b) – Flooding of the footpath leading to the clubhouse: This item has remained on the agenda for review purposes.

b) To consider a request from Mead End Football Club to use a pitch for the coming season – 2010/11.
