TIME, DATE AND LOCATION: 7.30 pm on Wednesday 4 August 2010 in The Old School, School Lane, Denmead.
MEMBERS: Cllrs: Andreoli (Chairman), Gibbs, Hallett, Hull, Knight, Lander-Brinkley, G Phillips & Smart.

1. Apologies: To receive any apologies.
2. Declarations of Interest: Arising from this Agenda, Members and Officers are invited to declare any relevant interests. Not withstanding this item, Members may subsequently declare an interest at any point during the meeting.
3. Minutes of Previous Meeting: To receive and confirm the accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting held on 21 July 2010. (Previously circulated).
4. Public Participation: The meeting will recess for not more than 15 minutes for questions and comments from members of the public in respect of planning issues.
5. Planning Applications: To consider and make comment on any planning applications received from Winchester City Council and any other authority in respect of applications appertaining to the Parish of Denmead.
6. Decisions Received: To receive the decision(s) of Winchester City Council in respect of planning applications appertaining to the Parish of Denmead.
7. Matters Arising: To deal with any matters arising.
a) Little Frenchies Field: To receive a report from Cllrs Lander-Brinkley and Hull following a meeting with Stuart Dunbar-Dempsey, WCC Open Spaces officer, on 29 July 2010. An email (copy attached) has also been received from Mr Dunbar-Dempsey.
8. Referred from H & GP: At the H & GP meeting held on 28 July 2010 it was further resolved to recommend to the Planning Committee that a road within the Little Frenchies Field development should be named St George. To discuss and determine action to be taken.
9. Correspondence Received: To receive, consider and determine action to be taken on correspondence received and not covered elsewhere in this agenda.
a) SHUV: An email (copy attached) has been received regarding the continued membership of SHUV. To discuss and determine action to be taken.
b) Wimborne, Uplands Road: Members had received a copy of a letter from Strutt & Parker regarding a retrospective planning application for Wimborne, Uplands Road. To note.
10. Outstanding Matters: To deal with any matters outstanding.
11. Matters at Appeal:
a) 20 Mead End Road: Appeal against refusal of permission lodged – Awaiting decision. To note.
b) Plot 92, Dukes Meadow: Appeal against refusal of permission lodged – Awaiting decision. To note.
c) Plot 92, Dukes Meadow: Appeal against enforcement lodged – Awaiting decision. To note.
12. Matters relating to building developments within the Parish:
a) Land at and to the rear of Buena Vista: To receive any update.
13. West of Waterlooville Major Development Area: To receive any update.
14. Winchester Local Development Framework: To receive any update.
a) SHLAA –Working Party: To receive any update.
15. Affordable Housing:
a) Land adjacent to Old River: To receive any update.
16. Planning Applications: To distribute applications for the next meeting.
17. Exempt Business: To pass a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the public and press for the discussion of the following matters where publicity might be prejudicial to the special nature of the business namely Enforcement Issues, Tree Preservation Orders and Legal Matters.
