1. Apologies: To receive any apologies.
2. Declarations of Interest: Arising from this Agenda, Members and Officers are invited to declare any relevant interests. Not withstanding this item, Members may subsequently declare an interest at any point during the meeting.
3. Minutes of Previous Meeting: To receive and confirm the accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting held on 23 June 2010. (Previously circulated).
4. Public Participation: The meeting will recess for not more than 15 minutes for questions and comments from members of the public in respect of planning issues.
5. Planning Applications: To consider and make comment on any planning applications received from Winchester City Council and any other authority in respect of applications appertaining to the Parish of Denmead.
6. Decisions Received: To receive the decision(s) of Winchester City Council in respect of planning applications appertaining to the Parish of Denmead.
7. Matters Arising: To deal with any matters arising.
8. Correspondence Received: To receive, consider and determine action to be taken on correspondence received and not covered elsewhere in this agenda.
a) HBC Submission Core Strategy Oral Part of Examination: Notification has been received from HBC regarding the oral part of the examination which requested confirmation of attendance. Confirmation has been sent. To confirm attendee and attendance as an approved duty.
b) Development within Denmead: A further email (copy attached) has been received from Mr Markham. To note.
9. Outstanding Matters: To deal with any matters outstanding.
10. Matters at Appeal:
a) 20 Mead End Road: Appeal lodged. To note.
b) Plot 92, Dukes Meadow: Appeal against refusal of permission lodged. To note.
c) Plot 92, Dukes Meadow: Appeal against enforcement lodged. To note.
11. Matters relating to building developments within the Parish:
a) Land at and to the rear of Buena Vista: To receive any update.
12. West of Waterlooville Major Development Area:
a) Consultation Meeting held on 24 June 2010: To receive a report from Cllr Lander-Brinkley.
b) West of Waterlooville Forum held on 7 July 2010: To receive a report from Cllrs Lander-Brinkley and Knight.
c) Newlands – Preview Session: An invitation to Councillors has been received from Green Issues Communications to attend a special preview session to view the latest master plan for Newlands. To consider attendance.
13. Winchester Local Development Framework: To receive any update.
a) SHLAA – Creation of Working Party: To receive any update.
14. Affordable Housing:
a) Land adjacent to Old River: To receive any update.
15. Planning Applications: To distribute applications for the next meeting.
16. Exempt Business: To pass a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the public and press for the discussion of the following matters where publicity might be prejudicial to the special nature of the business namely Enforcement Issues, Tree Preservation Orders and Legal Matters.
