W. No. W21628
Case No: 09/02370/FUL Comments by: 11.1.10
Date Valid: 20.11.09 Decision due: 15.1.10
Team: EAST Case Officer: Trish Price
Applicant: Mr G Rance
Proposal: (HOUSEHOLDER) First floor extension, including alterations to existing hipped roofs to provide gables and dormer windows to both side elevations.
Location: 90 Anmore Road, Denmead PO7 6NT
Mr Archer of Anmore Road addressed members and raised a number of concerns regarding the proposals including the overall design, appearance and layout not being in keeping with the area, loss of enjoyment of their property, changing a two bedroom bungalow into a four bedroom house, the proposed changes were too big for the plot, loss of light, loss of privacy and the fact that a similar application for 79 Anmore Road had been rejected as it did not accord with policy DP 3 of the WDLP Review 2006.
Mr Rance the applicant stated that the alterations would result in a three bedroom property and not four as stated by Mr Archer.
