I allow the appeal, and grant planning permission for the erection of 80 dwellings with new vehicular access including changes to the Green Lane/Southwick Road junction and pedestrian linkages, landscaping, public open space provision and parking at Little Frenchies Field, North of Southwick Road, Denmead in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 09/00289/OUT, dated 12 February 2009 subject to conditions listed in the Schedule of Conditions.
